Morgan Stanley has taken an assignment on the largest building at Brixton’s Heathrow Corporate Park from Tyco Networks.
The 30-year lease on the 246,000 sq ft (22,850 sq m) building, which expires in September 2030, commands a rent of around £2.9m pa.
The deal will increase the rent received by Brixton from £11.77 per sq ft (£126 per sq m) to £12.50 per sq ft (£134 per sq m).
Morgan Stanley will house a telecommunications co-location facility and equipment at the Hounslow site.
