Morley Fund Management is in negotiations to buy Chelsfield’s Global Switch internet hotels business for up to £400m.
City sources are saying that Morley, the fund management arm of pensions giant Aviva, was in due diligence to buy Global Switch.
Contracts on the deal should be exchanged by the end of September.
