MORNING NEWS: MIPIM memos ahead of next week’s event

In the news this morning, a couple of MIPIM stories ahead of the annual conference that kicks off in Cannes next week.

Firstly, the Times follows up a story from EG, which reports that RBS will not attend the event and its private wealth division Coutts has pulled out of the annual party which it previously hosted with James Andrews International.

Secondly, following the Presidents Club scandal, the FT reports that property companies jetting to the high-profile real estate conference in the south of France have been warned to be on best behaviour as nervousness over conduct in the male-dominated sector grows.
