In the news this morning, Westminster city council’s deputy leader Robert Davis has referred himself the authority’s monitoring office following the Guardian’s revelations that he was entertained more than 500 times in three years, including 150 times by property industry figures.
The Times also covers the story adding that there is no suggestion of any breach of rules or impropriety on the part of Davis, and no suggestion of wrong doing on the part of any named individual or establishment.
