Tom Morris has been appointed as CBRE’s Bristol office managing director.
Morris will take over in the second quarter of the year from Garry Hicks who is retiring after 15 years.
Under Hicks, the office has grown to 50 people.
Morris started at CBRE as a graduate in 2008 and has since worked in both consultancy and agency. He will continue to work in the capital markets team while heading the office. while carrying out his role as Bristol MD.
