Contour Capital has appointed Gavin Morrison as relationship director.
Morrison, the former lending director at Pluto Finance, will focus on deal origination in the residential, commercial and student accommodation sectors.
Mark Quigley, managing director of Contour Capital, said: “We are delighted to welcome Gavin on board. With his experience in the property lending sector, extensive knowledge and proven ability to structure deals which meet the needs of both the client and the lender he will be a valuable addition to the team.”
The appointment comes two months after Quigley joined from Barclays.
