Greenwich council has granted outline planning consent for Morrison Development Partnerships’ £11m retail scheme on Central Drive in Thamesmead, south east London.
The 5,926 sq m (63,788 sq ft) development will form part of a new town centre for Thamesmead.
Construction is due to start early next year with completion scheduled for autumn 2001.
