Morrison (Wm) has taken the 9,542 sq m (102,720 sq ft) Unit A and a 1.12 ha (2.77 acre) expansion site on Telford Way in the Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate, West Yorkshire.
The supermarket chain is paying a passing rent of £432,460 pa on a three-year lease with a landlord-only break option from January 25 of next year
Jones Lang Wootton advised the landlord, National Mutual Life Assurance Society.
