The most expensive flat ever put up for sale in New York City is back on the market.
The penthouse at 432 Park Avenue, the first of the supertall, super-skinny towers on the Manhattan skyline, was put on the market last summer for $169m. Its owner, Saudi property magnate Fawaz Alhokair, paid $87.7m for it in 2015.
The penthouse, which boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, oak floors, marble counters and panoramic Manhattan views, failed to sell last summer, and its agent, Tal Alexander, is refusing to divulge the price tag this time.
“The price will be on request,” he told the New York Post. “Like with anything rare — take a coveted piece of art, for example — it’s often referred to as priceless.”
