Mothercare’s trading update on Thursday is expected to give clues about accelerating UK store closures, Charles Stanley Securities believes.
The broker thinks Mothercare will probably end up with about 200 UK stores, or even fewer depending on incoming chief executive Simon Calver’s conclusions after he takes a close look.
