Mount Anvil and London International Exhibition Centre, part of Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, have formed a joint venture to deliver 1,000 new homes on the Excel estate, E16.
The site is adjacent to Mount Anvil’s Royal Docks West development, which has planning for 105 homes, including 26 for local key workers.
Killian Hurley, chief executive at Mount Anvil, said: “We are developing a compelling design, which we will continue to evolve in partnership with LIEC, London Borough of Newham and the GLA, and stakeholders in this area.”
