Mountcity Investments has let a total of 87,879 sq ft across two of its business parks in Sheffield.
Around 46,873 sq ft of space has been let to personal care and beauty products manufacturer Hot House Partnership at Provincial Park on Nether Lane, Ecclesfield. Following the deal, the 16-acre Provincial Park (pictured) is now fully occupied.
At Thorncliffe Business Park on Newton Chambers Road, north Sheffield, 36,699sq ft has been let to biotech firm AGTC on a five-year term; 4,703sq ft has been leased by contractor RWC Clarke Excavations on a three-year term; and 5,718sq ft is currently under offer.
All but one unit (unit five) has now been let at Thorncliffe Business Park.
