Moxon Street makeover unveiled

Moxon Street car park plans 570p

Developers Ridgeford and Concord Pacific have unveiled the first glimpse of a planned £250m scheme for Moxon Street Car Park, W1.

The Simon Bowden-designed plans for the 0.83-acre Marylebone site comprise 59 private flats and 26 affordable homes.

The existing farmers market will be retained in a new community hall. A 95-space car park would also be included in the scheme.

Revised plans are expected to be submitted by the end of September.

The pair exchanged contracts with Westminster city council in the summer to buy the site for around £100m. JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the sale.
