Luxury hotel booking ?service Mr & Mrs Smith has secured a new London office at Helical Bar’s Shepherds Building, W14.
Mr & Mrs Smith, which is currently based at Workspace’s Barley Mow Centre in Chiswick, W4, has signed for 5,500 sq ft at a rent of £37.50 per sq ft.
The 151,000 sq ft Shepherds Building underwent a full refurbishment with the addition of an extra floor when Helical Bar acquired it in 2000.
Mr & Mrs Smith lists luxury hotels worldwide including the five-star Gili Lankanfushi resort in the Maldives.
