FINANCE: M&S has announced it will be opening 200 Simply Food stores in the next three years, up from the 150 announced previously.
The announcement comes after the release of its half-year report, which shows food sales up by one percentage point to 3.6%.
The report also reveals that the company’s standalone food stores in Paris and Hong Kong have performed in line with Simply Food stores in the UK.
