The Manpower Services Commission has taken 20,700 sq ft of offices in 200 Dover Street, London SE1, at £9.33 per sq ft.
MSC took an assignment of an existing lease from engineering company PRC, at no premium, surrendered the lease and then took a new one from landlords Conoco. The new lease runs until 2011 at the passing rent with reviews every seven years.
Dating from the 1960s, the property was built by Harry Hyams shortly before the government of the time introduced Office Development Permits, and Oldham Estates retain an interest in it.
