Midlands-based A&J Mucklow is planning a £15m 8,000 sq m (86,000 sq ft) office park in Halesowen following a 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) prelet to ADT Fire & Security.
ADT will occupy the first building on site at Mucklow Hill. The developer has detailed planning consent for a second building of 4,738 sq m (51,000 sq ft).
Rupert Mucklow, managing director, said: “The new development will be built to a very high specification and will be ideal as a prominent headquarters building or suitable for occupiers looking for up to 1,580 sq m (17,000 sq ft) of offices on one floor.”
Richard Ellis and Harris Lamb & Co are letting agents on the scheme.
