Multi signs eight for Belfast’s Victoria Square

    Multi Development UK has signed another eight tenants to its £400m Victoria Square development in Belfast city centre. Free Spirit (1,775 sq ft), The Pier (6,242 sq ft) , Pepe Jeans (2,238 sq ft), Pumpkin Patch (3,826 sq ft), Douglas & Grahame (2,110 sq ft), Hobbs (3,392 sq ft) , O2 (1,148 sq ft) and Starbucks (1,984 sq ft) will join more than 40 others already signed up to the scheme. Richard Green, Leasing Manager, Multi Development UK Ltd, said: “We are currently in excess of 90% pre-let, and these latest deals demonstrate the diverse range that will be available for the first time in Northern Ireland.”   Victoria Square will open in March and comprises 800,000 sq ft of retail over three floors, a cinema, restaurants, bars, cafes and 106 apartments. Multi’s new retail developments include Summer Row, Wolverhampton, and SouthGate, Bath, both open in 2010.   neil.jones@btconnect.com
