BCSC 2013: The annual gathering of retailers, landlords, agents and investors known as the BCSC Conference descended on London this year.
Opening the show at Olympia, BCSC president, Marcus Kilby, said: “Times are changing. The economic clouds are clearing. The feel good factor is beginning to drive consumer confidence.”
This year’s theme is The Future.
More than 2,600 delegates are registered to attend the conference, with 1,400 passing through the doors in the first two hours.
It is the first time the conference, now in its 25th year has been held in the capital. It will return to London next year.
