The row between Australian construction company Multiplex, which is responsible for building the new Wembley stadium, and steel contractor Cleveland Bridge intensified again this week.
The two parties have submitted claims against each other in the Court of Technology and Construction. Multiplex has filed claims of around £25m against Cleveland Bridge. The legal action is related to a wrangle over work commissioned for the Wembley stadium site.
Cleveland Bridge has counter-sued for £21m.
