Muse Developments has hired Mark O’Mullane as development director amid continued expansion of the team.
O’Mullane will be relocating from London, where he served as director at Lothbury Investment Management, responsible for redeveloping and repurposing a £400m portfolio of commercial assets within Lothbury IM flagship fund. Prior to that, he worked in the regeneration and residential teams at Avison Young in Manchester.
In his new role, O’Mullane will lead on Salford Crescent, which is being delivered by The English Cities Fund, a jv between Muse, Homes England and L&G.
