Placemaker Muse has added two new players to its Yorkshire and North East team in a move to support a growing pipeline of regeneration projects in the region.
James Dinsley joins as development manager and Daniel Leach as project manager, both based at Muse’s Leeds office.
Dinsley has previously held roles at Rushbond Group and Avison Young gaining experience in land agency, planning and development consultancy. He has worked across mixed-use schemes, leading on agency and marketing procurement, appraising new investment opportunities and supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects.
Leach joins Muse from Gardiner & Theobald, where he led the delivery of schemes across the residential, arts, heritage, and commercial sectors.
In their new roles, the new joiners will be working across City Village project in Bradford and East Bank Urban Village project in Hull.
The appointments come shortly after Jack Pasley joined Muse last year as senior project manager to support the delivery of Bradford City Village.
Simon Dew, development director at Muse, said: “Their combined experience in both the public and private sectors will be instrumental as we continue to grow our presence and deliver transformational places in partnership with local authorities and communities.”
