Developer and regeneration specialist Muse has set up a Midlands business, taking space at Boutique Workplace at 102 Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre.
The team will be spearheaded by development director Maggie Grogan, who will work alongside a wider team of development, projects and central support professionals.
The move is part of the developer’s expansion strategy and its commitment to supporting the delivery of the Midlands Engine.
Muse was recently appointed as the regeneration partner to deliver Arden Cross, a £3.2bn mixed-use scheme to the east of Birmingham comprising 6m sq ft of commercial space, up to 3,000 homes, vast areas of public space and transport infrastructure (pictured).
Kate Bowyer, Muse’s managing director, said: “There is a wide range of major regeneration opportunities across the Midlands that will connect people and place to the opportunities that regeneration invariably brings.
“This move into the Midlands will enable us to provide just that within towns and cities across this burgeoning region, to create brighter futures for all.”
