The finance director of regeneration specialist Muse Developments has been named as its next managing director.
Kate Bowyer will takeover from Matt Crompton when he retires in April after three decades with the business, parent company Morgan Sindall Group said.
Bowyer joined Muse last November from the Crown Estate, where she was chief financial officer. Earlier in her career she worked at intu, where she was director of finance, and PwC.
Morgan Sindall said in this week’s annual results that Muse had delivered a 38% increase in profit to £12.1m.
