Muse Developments has secured its largest letting at its
Cheshire-based utilities provider United Utilities, which developed the park in a joint venture with Muse, has taken 27,200 sq ft over three storeys of the fourth building on the park, in a ten year lease.
The 96-acre Lingley Mere speculative scheme has overall planning consent for 534,821 sq ft of offices, and the initial Clearwater phase comprises 54,578 sq ft over four buildings, with a fifth 18,500 sq ft building to be built in January 2008.
Only two buildings of 6,872 sq ft and 9,044 sq ft are still available to let or sell.
