Muse has submitted a planning application to deliver 244 affordable homes in Horsham, West Sussex.
The plans have been brought forward in partnership with landowner West Sussex County Council and Muse’s sister company Lovell.
Muse was selected as the council’s preferred development partner in 2021. Since then, it has engaged with the local community to understand local needs and aspirations for a former pharmaceuticals site which has been vacant for more than a decade.
The homes will be a mix of one-bedroom flats through to four-bedroom family houses.
