Salford-based Muse Developments has submitted plans to redevelop the 3.5-acre Premier House site in Chester city centre.
It wants to demolish the existing Premier House building – a former Lloyds Bank call centre – and build 481,000 sq ft of offices, with 21,000 sq ft of ground floor shops and restaurants, 200 homes and a 379-space car park.
Muse bought the site in August 2011.
The proposed scheme forms part of the One City Plan in Chester, a 15-year growth framework. A decision on the plans is expected in February.
GVA advised Muse; RHWL Architects and Broadway Malyan designed the scheme.
