Muse unveils plans for Brixton revamp
Muse Developments has unveiled its proposals for a redevelopment of Brixton town centre, SW2.
The plans include the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Lambeth Town Hall, a new 120,000 sq ft civic building (pictured) and 194 homes.
The scheme is aimed at cutting the number of buildings the council occupies from 14 to two.
Town Hall Parade, Hambrook House and Olive Morris House will be redeveloped to make way for the new scheme, while Ivor House will also be refurbished alongside the town hall.
