Sailing and equestrian sports brand Musto is to install its new corporate HQ at Blackstone’s International House in St Katharine Docks, E1.
The retailer has signed for 7,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the 215,000 sq ft building, and will pay £57.50 per sq ft for the space, which will contain offices and a show room.
The leasing follows the full occupation of the neighbouring 140,000 sq ft Commodity Quay, after the final 18,000 sq ft was let to telecoms firm the Six Degrees Group.
