Marylebone Warwick Balfour (MWB) Group has bought Malmaison Hotels from Wyndham International for £65m.
The deal comprises the properties and business of the hotel group.
A joint venture company owned by MWB and SAS, of Scandinavia has also bought worldwide expansion rights and the brand for £11m.
