Marylebone Warwick Balfour is in exclusive talks to buy Glasgow landmark hotel, One Devonshire Gardens, for around £9m, according to The Times.
It wants to add the hotel to its Hotel du Vin chain, for which it is also in advanced negotiations over sites in Edinburgh and Newcastle.
