Brian Myerson, the controversial activist investor who was this week banned from the City for three years, has resigned from the board of Liberty, the London-based department store.
Myerson has also quit as a director of Sirius Real Estate after Weiss Asset Management, another activist investor holding a fifth of the German fund, called for his resignation.
