Nat West set to snap up 2,322 sq m at Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester

National Westminster Bank is set to take 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) in Amec Developments’ Great Bridgewater Street scheme in Manchester city centre.

The bank is expected to sign a 20-year lease, without breaks, at about £215.28 per sq m (£20 per sq ft). Other occupiers in the 21,367 sq m (230,000 sq ft) development, due for completion next week, include Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young and Addleshaws Booth and Dibb Lupton Allsop

ust 696 sq m (7,500 sq ft) remains at Great Bridgewater. Lambert Smith Hampton and Grimley are the letting agents.
