National Australia Bank has sold its former headquarters in Tokenhouse Yard, EC2 for £6.65m.
The 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) office building was bought by a joint venture between the Manhattan Loft Corporation and the Far East-backed Ridgeford Group.
Completion of the deal was delayed from last summer to allow Manhattan Loft time to obtain planning permission to refurbish the building.
National Australia Bank was advised by NAI Gooch Webster.
