“Our team at Penn works extremely hard to source instructions and make deals happen in Ipswich and the surrounding area. Activity across all sectors remains steady, with lack of stock pushing up rental values for industrial and warehousing. The office market remains a challenge, but headline rents have improved to £18 per sq ft for new grade-A space. Enquiries remain strong for investments, with two large deals for multi-let industrial/offices. There is a pent up demand for large warehousing over 100,000 sq ft and automated fulfilment facilities together with logistics hubs close to the Port of Felixstowe.  On the whole, the market has proved resilient to the uncertainty of Brexit, with companies still having the confidence to expand and relocate.”
