National Mutual plans spec offices at Trinity Business Park

National Mutual is drawing up plans to build a second speculative office headquarters at Trinity Business Park near Birmingham International Airport following BT’s decision to take offices there.

The developer will build a 3,251 sq m (35,000 sq ft) office block on Plot 2 which should be ready by the end of next year providing planning is obtained. National Mutual could quote up to £204.52 per sq m (£19 per sq ft) following recent deals at Arlington’s nearby Birmingham Business Park which have reportedly acheived £201.82 per sq m (£18.75 per sq ft).

BT is expected to complete its deal at 4,738 sq m (51,000 sq ft) No 1 Trinity Park in the next two weeks.

Hillier Parker and DTZ Debenham Thorpe are letting agents on Trinity Park.
