Aparthotel operator Native has received planning approval for a 181-room aparthotel at Louisa Ryland House, in Birmingham’s central business district.
The disused office block, which measures 81,280 sq ft, is a Grade II listed building owned by Euro Property Investments. It will be converted into a four-star aparthotel called Native Birmingham.
It will be designed by Archer Humphryes Architects and will open in spring 2020.
It will also feature 14,000 sq ft of ground floor leisure space, including a restaurant, café and fitness studio.
