Naylors Chartered Surveyors in Newcastle has appointed Paul Murphy, former estates manager at Edinburgh Woollen Mills, to head its newly formed asset and property management department.
Murphy (pictured) will be based in Naylors’ offices at Team Valley, Gateshead, and will be responsible for handling Naylors’ property management portfolio and expanding the business.
Prior to joining Edinburgh Woollen Mills, Murphy was involved in commercial property and asset management for Northern Rock.
Naylors managing director Bill Naylor said: “Paul has been brought in to strengthen the management team at a very senior level.
“I am very impressed with his work to date and am sure he will be a great asset to the business.”
