Naylors Chartered Surveyors says it now boasts the largest office agency team in Newcastle after hiring Jones Lang LaSalle’s Simon Taylor.
Taylor worked as associate director for eight years until JLL closed its Newcastle office earlier this month.
Naylors founder Bill Naylor said: “Simon is well established in the North East office market and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has a strong client base and will be driving the department forward by securing further high-profile instructions.
“Expanding the team to three people means we now have the largest office agency team in Newcastle and are able to offer an unrivalled level of service to clients.”
Naylors is the North East’s largest independent property consultancy, employing 25 staff and operating from offices in Newcastle and Teesside. It was established in 1990 and provides agency, investment, building surveying, valuations, rating and asset management services.
