NB Real Estate – part of Capita Symonds – has won a five year extension to its estate management contract for Trinity Village, a largely housing estate near Borough High Street in south east London.
NB Real Estate will be providing core services, such as property management, on a fixed fee, with additional services such as landlord and tenant, asset management and dilapidations being provided on a project by project basis.
