NCC Group has signed for a new 60,000 sq ft headquarters in Allied London’s XYZ building at Spinningfields in Manchester.
Rob Cotton, chief executive at NCC Group, said: “As a rapidly growing, FTSE-listed business at the forefront of technology, we needed a space that could match our ambitions and keep up with us as we continually adapt to the rapid pace of technological change. We found that space in XYZ.”
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: “NCC Group is a leading technology company in its field and it is great for Manchester to headquarter such an operation and it is appropriate for it now to be located at XYZ, Spinningfields, which will be the city’s most advanced commercial building.”
NCC Group is leaving its Manchester Technology Centre offices on Oxford Road.
