The National Deaf Children’s Society is selling its 15 Dufferin Street, EC1, offices to fund the purchase of a larger building.
NDCS has instructed Lambert Smith Hampton to find it up to 15,000 sq ft in Midtown and the city fringe as soon as possible.
It is has also asked the agent to sell its 6,500 sq ft of space for around £1.75m.
