Gerald Eve has hired Matt Neave from JLL as a partner in its London building consultancy and lease exit team.
Neave has been at JLL for six years and has more than two decades’ experience in the sector, having previously worked for Macegreen Consulting and Deloitte Real Estate.
He will be responsible for developing Gerald Eve’s service around refurbishment and fit-out projects in London and the South East, while also advising occupiers and investors on improving their buildings more broadly.
