Nelson Bakewell has promoted Andrew Child, Alex Kabablin and Hugh Rebbeck to the board of directors.
Child joined Nelson Bakewell in 2001 as an associate in property management and was promoted to divisional director in 2002.
He is currently the contract manager for Standard Life, Warner Estates and Save & Prosper.
Kabalin joined Nelson Bakewell in 2002 as a surveyor in retail management. He was promoted to associate in 2003 and to divisional director in 2004 and currently runs a team managing 11 shopping centres.
Rebbeck Joined Nelson Bakewell in 1998 as a graduate surveyor in the building consultancy team and qualified in the same year. He was promoted to associate in 2000 and to divisional director in 2003.
Rebbeck is currently responsible for a £1.6m project management contract at 100 John Street on behalf of Standard Life and various other contracts for AXA REIM.
