Liverpool-based Neptune Developments has secured £3.9m of Northwest Regional Development Agency funding for its regeneration of seaside town
The funding boost will allow Neptune and Wirral council to move ahead with the second phase of their regeneration project, known as Brand New Brighton.
The second phase will comprise more than 220,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, alongside public realm improvements.
