Investor club Fore Partnership has sold a speculative office project in London’s Midtown to Nesta for £50.95m.
Innovation charity Nesta will use the 48,000 sq ft View 58 at 58 Victoria Embankment, EC4, as its head office.
The grade-A office block was developed jointly by Fore Partnership and Kier.
It was developed as a sustainable office scheme and, according to chief executive Geoff Mulgan, this is what attracted Nesta to the building.
Ingleby Trice advised Fore on the sale; Nesta was advised by CBRE. Savills and Ingleby Trice were the letting agents.
