Food and drink giant Nestlé has appointed four agents to manage its 240m sq ft global property portfolio.
The company has selected CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield to help manage its 83 country global estate.
The work has been split into geographical regions, with DTZ and JLL assuming responsibility for Europe, CBRE for North America and DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
The contract is expected to be worth around £2.5m pa to the agents and will largely comprise transaction management and lease advisory.
