Nestle is sizing up a move from Croydon to Crawley, West Sussex.
Nestle has been exploring its options for a move away from St George’s House tower in Croydon town centre, its home since 1965, for nearly two years.
Croydon council appointed GVA to find Nestle an alternative option of around 100,000 sq ft within the borough.
But the food giant is now understood to be eyeing up a move to BT’s former offices at 1 City Place in Crawley, with the telecom giant surrendering its lease late in 2011.
CBRE is acting for Nestle. All parties declined to comment.
