M7 has bought a portfolio of 15 assets across the Netherlands for a total of £100m.
They were bought in three separate transactions on behalf of M7’s latest fund, the M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners III.
The assets include the fully let 107,000sq ft Frontier building in Delft, bought from Synchroon.
Other assets include the TEN portfolio of 10 offices in Arnhem, Breda and Maastricht among other cities. The portfolio was purchased from the Stichting Achmea Dutch Office Fund and covers a total of 518,736sq ft of which 67.6% is let to 28 tenants.
The final transaction was the North portfolio of four retail parks covering 1.1m sq ft. This is 80% let to 55 tenants.
M7 chief executive Richard Croft said: “These properties present plenty of opportunities to add value through a variety of asset management initiatives including refurbishments, lease extensions and the letting of current vacant space.”
