Network Homes and Quintain are to provide 252 affordable homes across Wembley Park.
Network will provide the homes in several buildings: 31 in the Vivo apartment block, 66 in two further build-to-rent buildings which will be complete in 2018, and a further 155 homes across three sites at Wembley Park which have been sold to Network Homes and are being designed and built by Quintain.
Quintain chief executive Angus Dodd said: “A third of all the homes we are delivering at Wembley Park is new affordable housing and we continue to build the homes that London needs at a pace not seen at any other development site.”
Wembley Park will have 3,000 homes under construction by the end of this year. Planning permission exists for 7,000 homes, of which 5,000 will be to rent.
